Gas Heat

Even gas furnaces use electricity to operate. Most natural gas furnaces have an electric starter and fan, and when temperatures get colder, the gas furnace engages the starter more often and the fan runs more – both causing increased electrical costs. You could save up to $50 per year with a 95% efficient furnace and an efficient furnace fan motor.

You can pair this rebate with other DP&L and Vectren rebates to save even more.
