AC went out 3 days before our new restaurant opened. Tommy and TJ saved the day! They found the issue quick (a nail in the line set in the attic from our roof job). They climbed in the attic and got us fixed up. Our system wasn’t cooling properly and it was after hours. I called the service and promptly received a call back from the technician, Tommy. He was at our house quickly, diagnosed our issue and had us fixed within 60 minutes. Tommy was extremely professional, clearly explained everything and was very friendly and customer focused. Great experience having our new furnace installed! From the first service call to the sales meeting to the install, everyone I met was kind, respectful, and helpful. It was a cold 36 hours after our furnace went out in the winter, but they were ready to install within 48 hours of my first call which was fantastic! Will definitely use them again for future repairs/installs.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Choice Comfort HVAC has been servicing our home and three rentals for the past four years. Last year they installed a new AC on one of the houses, and it works great. We recently added a fourth rental, and they installed high-efficiency heat and AC. Mike, Tommy, and Findlay were great to work with. We also started using their plumbing services, and Will (with Chris) has done great work on a big job. The dispatcher, Rachel, is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended. Added note for Will the plumber. In the past six months, we finished renovating a new rental in Belmont, where Will was very diligent, patient, and cheerful as we asked him to perform a multitude of tasks not just in Belmont but at two other rentals and our home. Two gas pipes and ventless log setups; outdoor spigots, new toilet, pedestal sink, bathtub, snaking drains, water heater install, new kitchen sink and faucets, shower valves, utility sink, clothes washer drain, and more. Will is amazing.

Anthony and Tommy from choice comfort were so professional, clean, kind and courteous. They worked hard all day to get my new systems in as quick as possible. Top notch team and did awesome on clean up. Besides my new sparkly Central air unit and furnace you would have never known they had been here. We came home this evening to our house registering at 51 degrees. We called after six and was able to get a service call with Tommy H. He showed up and was able to get our unit working and our house warming up quickly. I’m so happy that we chose to call Choice Comfort as he turned our evening around.
