The services rendered by Choice Comfort were excellent! From set up to finish by technicians Paul and Cameron, the work was well performed. The duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and air conditioner check put my mind at ease regarding the performance of these systems. I recommend highly Choice Comfort for everyone's household needs.

Lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and understanding about my furnace not working when it was 7* out. Repairman (Paul) was supposed to arrive between 12 - 2pm. He arrived at 12:15 and immediately got to work and was able to fix the problem quickly. Very satisfied.

We’ve used Choice Comfort since moving into our house in 2019. Previous owners used them so we didn’t see any reason to change anything. Paul showed up on time, was professional, and spent more than an hour performing the biannual check of our HVAC. Every six months we’ve had the same excellent experience and can’t see any reason to discontinue using Choice Comfort

Able to get appointment quickly. Arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem. Explained everything. The guy was very personable. The only downside was that it was extremely expensive. Everything had a charge driveway fee, diagnostics fee parts fee that was undoubtedly well marked up but at least the service was quick, and it got taken care of.

Highly recommend Choice Comfort Services. We first had them come out to install a new furnace back in November of 2022 and not only did the work exceed our expectations, the technicians were very kind, courteous and professional. I just had them come back out to do a dryer vent cleaning and the technician went above and beyond to complete the job. Great experience having our new furnace installed! From the first service call to the sales meeting to the install, everyone I met was kind, respectful, and helpful. It was a cold 36 hours after our furnace went out in the winter, but they were ready to install within 48 hours of my first call which was fantastic! Will definitely use them again for future repairs/installs.

Choice Comfort installed our HVAC systems a year ago. We are extremely pleased with how the heat and A/C units have worked all year. The technician who comes to our house to check the system is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since we’ve had such a good experience with their HVAC crew, when we had a water leak, Choice Comfort was our first call. Again, extremely pleased with the plumber’s work.
