Customer Review for HVAC, Heating & AC Services

Comment: We have been a customer of Cool Solutions for over three years. Being members of the Comfort Club means they come out twice a year and make sure we are prepared for the next Ohio weather change. It alleviates stress knowing they will catch potential problems. Pat came out today, and he was professional and considerate. He explained each part of his inspection process and answered my questions and made sure I understood how the system is currently working. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I purchased a water softener from them that has not been working correctly. Pat believes that he finally has the issue solved, but will not know for sure until next week.
