Our system wasn’t cooling properly and it was after hours. I called the service and promptly received a call back from the technician, Tommy. He was at our house quickly, diagnosed our issue and had us fixed within 60 minutes. Tommy was extremely professional, clearly explained everything and was very friendly and customer focused. He had installed the furnace for my mom and spent time visiting with her which made the experience more personable. I highlighted recommend Tommy and Choice Comfort for all heating and A/C needs.
