• Comment: Lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and understanding about my furnace not working when it was 7* out. Repairman (Paul) was supposed to arrive between 12 - 2pm. He arrived at 12:15 and immediately got to work and was able to fix the problem quickly. Very satisfied.
