Comment: Perfect service call. Called in advance of arriving. Arrived exactly when promised . Found small issue on outside unit. Advised on cost of replacement part. Chose to have part replaced. Total time was a little over an hour. Paul was a very courteous , friendly service tech. Appreciate starting my day in a positive way.
