- Comment: We recently purchased a small condo in Troy. I called them to service the furnace which hadn't been serviced in years. The appointment was easily made, the service tech arrived on time and performed the service in a professional and timely manner. I then contacted them to replace all facets, shut-offs, toilets, and cabinets in two bedrooms. Once again the appointment was easily made, two plumbers arrived on time and spent the day completing all work. The work was done professionally with good communication. They were very neat and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and plumbing needs.
